What this website collects, and nothing more.

What we collect

Information you give us

This website does not have a form. If you email us, we hold your email and whatever you chose to put in it.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, body measurements, photographs, health information, payment card details or government identifiers.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser user-agent strings. These exist to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or third-party ad networks. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Why we use it

• To reply to you. If you write to us, we use your details to answer and to continue that conversation.
• To keep the site working. Server logs are used for security, debugging and abuse prevention.
• To meet our obligations. We may retain correspondence where we are required to.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Who processes it

We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. Today it is:

• Replit — website hosting, and the database holding submissions made through a website form that was retired on 22 September 2026.
• Google Workspace — our email, if you write to us or we write back.

These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted, unless we are required to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a short operational period by our hosting provider. If you ask us to delete something sooner, we will.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email alexis.koch@stylejunkieai.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you rights of access, deletion, correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the access, deletion and correction rights apply and the email address above is how to use them.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our lawful basis for handling enquiries is legitimate interest in responding to a request you made of us, and for server logs it is legitimate interest in operating a secure website. You may object, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the records we hold are stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Because this site collects so little, there is very little to lose — which is itself part of the design.

Children

This website is directed at adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and their policies apply once you leave here. See also our Affiliate Disclosure.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will change the date at the top. If a change is significant — particularly when the application launches and a separate app policy is published — we will say so plainly on the site rather than quietly editing this page.
